Meeting various agents in the local area when deciding to sell our property was an interesting experience. Many came in with a sense of arrogance attempting to seduce us with bold statements. Our initial meeting with Ross White from Ellis &Co was the first time that an agent spoke to us in a genuine and authentic way, whilst providing a realistic valuation. This grounded and honest approach was important to us and although other agents had valued our property higher, we felt very safe in Ross' capable hands and there was no question as to who would be getting the instruction. Ross found our first buyer extremely quickly, and when they chose not to progress with the purchase, Ross had found another buyer even quicker! Throughout the whole process Ross has been friendly, professional and reliable. Selling a property can be stressful at times and it's very reassuring to know that when you call, Ross picks up. When you email, he responds. If you're reading this review prior to having valuations carried out, trying to decide which agents to call, please ensure that you call Ellis & Co and speak to Ross. You need to think carefully about who you would like to be dealing with day in/day out, and not just accept the agent that promises you the world and will most likely fail to deliver. After a family bereavement it was necessary to list with an estate agent. We had several realtors from the area (Harlesden) conduct initial visits of the property and we were struck with how well Aspect Property came across and represented themselves. They were reasonable in terms of the valuation (not overpricing just to get you to list!!) and really seemed to listen carefully to what we required and our concerns. Unfortunately the sale of the property took place in the looming shadow of Brexit and so a seemingly confident buyer of our property unfortunately backed out after signing and just days before the Christmas holidays! I and other members of my family began to doubt whether or not Aspect could deliver but somehow they were able to find another buyer in short order. They very much valued their prior promises to us and worked strenuously through Christmas and New Year (usually estate agents take holidays at that time). Imagine my surprise when I touched base with them on the first Monday after the holiday and they were able to find an even better buyer than the first and still have completion happen before a very important deadline. Ben (special thanks), Liam and Matthew really know their local market (Harlesden). They were professional at all stages along the process we are glad that they were able to deliver.
