A big thank you to "Jigar Damani" for helping me out last week, he manages the Wembley branch. He went out of his way to help me when I found myself in a tricky situation. He went beyond the usual SOP and TnC to keep the customer concern at the forefront and delivered exceptional service. This goes beyond their reputation of a great travel service provider. Well done and thank you so much. I will most certainly travel with you when opportunity presents next.

Best travel agency in London, provides excellent tour packages and covers almost every spot. Loved its services.

Gladstone Park

Dolis Hill Lane, London NW2 6RJ, UK – 020 8937 1234

I spent my whole childhood in this park. It is full of memories for me. It's just the greatest park in the world 😀 Don't miss the walled flower garden near the pond, and the Holocaust memorial garden. Call in at the Stables gallery and cafe. The open air swimming pool which we all enjoyed in the 70s and before that I should think is no longer there, and nor is Dollis Hill House. My earliest memory is of having an ice cream bought for me from the cafe in the front of the old house and sitting and eating out on a bench by the duck pond 🍦

Fabulous large park, great for dog walking. The park also takes part in 'Park Run' at the weekends. The 'lower park' has a large grass area for football, rugby, cricket or just relaxing. Good pathways for kiddies on bikes or skates. There are also, four fenced courts, for basketball / five a side football / tennis /basketball / roller-skating etc. There is also a small cafe, alongside an excellent (free) 'exercise / keep fit' area, with lots of equipment to use. Adjacent to this area, is a children's 'gated' park, which includes, swings, slides, climbing frame and seesaw. The 'upper' / 'higher' area of the park has a long, tree-lined, wide path, another 'gated' children's park, a duck pond ( please don't feed the birds), all close to where British Statesman, William Gladstone, onced lived. Close to Gladstone's memorial, is a 'walled garden' and a small cafe, which now occupies the old stables. This area of the park is particularly lovely for picnics (barbecues and fires not allowed). There are also four professional tennis courts on the northside of Gladstone Park. The whole park is extremely clean and very well maintained but please help by putting all personal rubbish in the bins provides.

Ladbroke Square Garden

10 Kensington Park Gardens, London W11 3HD, UK – 07717 477173

Historic, upscale homes built when there used to be a racetrack there. Ground was too muddy so track is now beautiful crescent. You'll need a key to actually visit the gardens though!

Gorgeous comunal garden I visited because of the nursery I'm working as a volunteer. It's a paradise in the heart of Notting Hill.

Great website!. Click below to find gardens open during the year around Willesden or London. There are photos and lots of detail about the garden.
