I am very pleased with the experience I’ve had at Ten and especially Matt Statten’s classes. I have followed his beginners, intermediate and advanced classes with great pleasure, sometimes sweat and “pain” but always with a great satisfaction. Not only are his classes balanced, highly adaptable to one’s personal fitness level, challenging and safe, but he also varies each of them. He never replicates the same workouts, which is something trainers tend to do. Matt puts a lot of thoughts into his sessions and is attentive to each of us, correcting us constantly while keeping an impeccable flow of the class. And it’s great fun!
Fantastic class with Adam Hewitt at Notting Hill Ten - high energy, targeted yet balanced. Nothing compares! Brilliant, thanks!

I seriously can’t fault this gym. The facilities are great, there is free parking opposite and the staff are first class. Each and every member of the team I’ve spoken to have been very welcoming, positive and knowledgable. Whoever deals with recruitment here is doing a brilliant job. It does get quite busy between 5-7pm so avoid these times if you can.
I like my gym very much so and the people in there. The only thing that constantly annoys me is the Body Trax machine that's almost never working and you can't keep up with your weekly results as they suggest you do. I have spoken to number of staff memebers but no one seems to be bothered at all. One of them told me months ago they would be getting a new machine but that hasn't happened yet. Hopefully they're going to sort it out after this comment :)

I've been a member of this gym for a few months and I have enjoyed it, the gym is a good size it feels like they could add more machines to it but its great, the pool is really nice and so are all the facilities. I've never had a problem with the gym, the only issue is that it's a big expensive.
Called in advancee around 5PM to ask if my 2 year old toddler can swim with me and to enquire about the water temperature. Turned up at 5:45PM only to be told that family swimming closes at 5:30PM with a smirk on the receptionist face. The French sounding telephonist could've taken initiative and told us that kids aren't allowed to swim after 5:30PM and the receptionist could've been more friendlier. Overall great facilities but staff need better training.
